Product Availability:
Most of our displayed jewelry and products are in-stock and ready to ship. Some orders/items require customization and require longer production times which may be subject to our Special Order Policy. To see if your order will be a special order, please call 315-446-6770 prior to ordering.
Delivery Times*:
Henry Wilson Jewelers ships insured via the United States Postal Service or FEDEX. Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered to you according to one of the options listed above.
*Delivery Times refer to the shipping method once your order has been processed. Orders may still take up to 10+ days to be delivered to you as the custom order/manufacturing process can vary depending on the item being purchased.
Please Note:
Special order or sized items ship via the method chosen on the day of completion or next business day. Customers will receive an email upon order processing with an expected ship date and a second email including tracking information on the date of shipment.
Delivery times are not guaranteed by Henry Wilson Jewelers or its carriers. We do our best to accomplish the above stated targets and goals but cannot be held responsible for weather events that cause the carriers to be delayed.
Instore Pickup:
If you have chosen In-Store pickup, you will receive an email notification indicating the order is ready for pick up. Please bring this email and a photo ID to the store for proof of purchase.
